When can I expect my order?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been received. Orders are shipped within five business days from when we received your payment. We ship via Deutsche Post envelopes and small packages. Large orders are sent via DHL.
Below are the estimated delivery times to your destination:
Europe 7-10 business days
Everywhere else 2-4 weeks
What if my package got lost?
We're sorry. Unfortunately it can happen sometimes. We’re a small company and we can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been lost in transit, stolen or mis-delivered. If more than 35 days have passed since you received your order confirmation and your package has not arrived, please write us with your order number and we will work with you to find a solution. Please note that we do not offer refunds. If your order included a pre-order item, please be sure to add the production time to the delivery estimate (you will find it in the description of the product).
What if my package arrived but a product is missing or damaged?
Please write to email@example.com and send us a picture of the damaged items and we'll try to find a solution together.
What's your return policy?
If you're unhappy with the products you ordered, email us. If we accept your return request you have 5 business days to send the product back. You will pay return shipping. We only accept products that areunwashed, unworn and in perfect condition. We can refund you once we receive it and check the condition.
